What’s the process to determine when to bring my child to the ER?
FirstCall is designed to help you asses and triage non life threatening illnesses when your child is sick. We help you quickly understand the range of possible issues and we’ll help you determine if an ER visit is necessary. However, if your child has a high fever that is not going down or has some acute injury such as a broken bone, bleeding or sever trouble breathing, you need to seek medical attention at the nearest hospital.
